This program aims to provide all staff information on the new Group Loyalty program, ‘Crown Rewards’. It will also be used as an on-site reference as they interact with customers.
Learners will understand:
- • how the program works including the customer life cycle
- • different membership levels
- • identify cultural drivers in Indo-Pacific locations
- • points and Credits including moving between levels and redeeming points · Resources available for both Members and Staff
